Is ConverteArq really free?
Yes. Using the tools has never required payment and never will. The site may be supported by Google AdSense ads in the future, kept separate from the main content. No account is required.
I received a charge. What should I do?
ConverteArq has never charged and will never charge users. A charge claiming to be from this site is fraud by a third party. Dispute it with your bank or card provider, report it to Procon, the consumer protection agency in your Brazilian city, and email contato@convertearq.top with details so we can investigate and assist.
Do you collect my data?
Using the tools does not require an account. The server records technical access data such as IP address and requested page. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. Some functions process files in the browser, and pages may load external resources. See the privacy policy, currently in Portuguese.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Yes. Send your idea to contato@convertearq.top with “Tool suggestion” in the subject. We review suggestions.
A tool has an error. How do I report it?
Email us with the tool name, browser, what you were trying to do and what happened. We prioritize bug fixes.
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply to regular email within 48 business hours. Messages marked “URGENT” about suspicious charges or critical bugs receive priority.
